Google Ads · Phoenix and the Valley

Google Ads management in Phoenix.Show up when nearby people search for what you sell.

We set up and run Google search ads for local businesses across the Valley. The searches that bring buyers, the parts of town you serve, the hours someone can answer. Every month we tell you what it brought in.

The short answer

Viridia Analytics sets up and manages Google search ads for local businesses in Phoenix and across the Valley. We choose the searches that bring buyers, block the ones that waste money, aim the ads at the areas you serve, and send you a report every month. Month to month.

What a search ad looks like. And what makes someone tap it.

A Google search ad sits at the top of the results with the word Sponsored above it. You pay only when someone taps it. This example ad is for a made-up plumbing company, the kind of ad we write.

  • A headline that matches the search, word for word where it can
  • The area you serve and when you're open, so people know you can come
  • A call button, so a phone search turns into a phone call
  • Links to the services people ask about most

Where the money goes

You pay when someone clicks. So who sees the ad matters most.

Three settings decide most of where a local budget goes.

01

The wrong searches

"Plumber near me" is a customer. "Plumber salary Arizona" is not. We keep a list of searches to block and add to it every week.

02

The wrong part of town

By default Google can also show your ads to people outside your area who show interest in it. If you don't drive to Buckeye, your ads shouldn't show there.

03

The wrong hours

Ads run all day unless someone changes it. If nobody answers after 6 PM, ads at 9 PM buy calls that ring out.

What's in Google Ads management.Named, not vague.

  • An account in your business's name, or a cleanup of the one you have
  • Searches people in the Valley actually type, and a list of searches to block
  • Ads written in plain words, with your phone number, hours and offers
  • Areas set to the cities and ZIP codes you serve
  • Call and form tracking, so we count leads, not just clicks
  • Weekly checks on searches, costs and leads; budget moved to what works
  • A monthly report: spend, calls, forms and what we change next

Phoenix is not one market

The Valley, area by area.Your ads should cover the parts you serve.

We run Google Ads for businesses all over the Valley. Here is how the areas differ.

Central and north Phoenix

Crowded, with competitors on every block. Tight areas and a strong list of blocked searches matter most here.

Scottsdale and Paradise Valley

Winter visitors, golf season and spring training change who is searching from January to April. Restaurants, salons and shops spend more then; home services climb in summer.

East Valley

Big, fast-growing suburbs with a lot of new homes. Good for home services and family businesses that serve a few nearby cities.

West Valley

Long drives between jobs. Ads should follow the cities you actually go to, not the whole west side.

The calendar

A Valley budgetgoes further when it follows the seasons.

Summer

AC repair searches climb with the heat. Pool and pest services stay busy. Restaurants and shops lean on locals as visitors leave.

Monsoon

Storm damage, roof leaks and tree work spike after a storm. Budgets for those trades should be ready to rise for a few days, then come back down.

Winter and spring

Visitors fill restaurants, salons and golf-area shops, especially in Scottsdale. Landscaping, painting and remodeling pick up while it's cool enough to work outside.

FAQ

Questions about Google Ads

How much should a local business spend on Google Ads?
It depends on what a click costs in your line of work and your part of the Valley. Pick a budget you can keep up for two or three months while the account learns which searches turn into customers. On the call we look up real click costs for your searches before suggesting a number.
Can you run ads in just part of the Valley?
Yes. Ads can be aimed at specific cities, ZIP codes or a few miles around your shop, and set so they don't reach people who only show interest in your area from somewhere else.
How long before Google Ads bring in customers?
Ads can show the day they go live, but the first few weeks are about learning which searches turn into customers. Expect the first month to cost the most per lead, and the account to get sharper as we cut what doesn't work.
Do I own my Google Ads account?
Where possible, your ads run in an account in your business's name, and it stays yours when the service ends. You can ask for access at any time.
Can you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that, because it depends on your area, your prices and how leads get answered. We promise the work: weekly checks, a budget we never go past, and a monthly report that shows what you spent and what it brought in.
What's the difference between Google Ads and Local Services Ads?
Google Ads charges per click and works for almost any business. Local Services Ads are for home service businesses, sit above the regular ads, and charge per lead after Google checks your business. Many contractors run both.
