Coming Nov 16

The software behind Viridia.Meet Vesaya.

We built our own app for home service owners. You talk to her from the truck, and she keeps the office running: leads, estimates, the schedule and getting paid.

The short answer

Vesaya is a voice-first app, made by Viridia Analytics LLC, that drafts the office work and waits for your OK. It launches November 16, 2026. It is included in The Viridia Partnership at $897 a month, where we set it up and grow your business with you; until launch, Partnership clients run on the current Viridia CRM and Kevin moves each one over personally. Prefer to run it yourself? Vesaya is $119 a month on its own at vesaya.app.

Asking Vesaya out loud, "Who still owes me?" She answers: two open invoices, Ben Ortiz $860 and Raj Patel $900, Ben is late, with a Remind Ben button.
A branded estimate in Vesaya: the business's logo, license number and contact details, line items for a water heater replacement totaling $1,850, a deposit amount, and a Send estimate button.

Why we built it

The leads came in while they were on a roof.So we built an office they can talk to.

Kevin spent years running ads for home service businesses. The same thing happened every time: the leads came in while the owner was on a roof or under a sink, and by the time they got to the paperwork, the job was gone. Software built for a desk doesn't fix that. Something you can talk to from the truck does.

What she does

Your day, handled by talking.

Every one of these works by voice or with a tap. Nothing goes to a customer until you say so.

01

Morning brief

“Good morning, Vesaya.” What needs you, what she's handling, and today's jobs and money, in one sentence.

02

New lead to booked

Leads land on their own, tagged with where they came from. One sentence texts them back to book.

03

Estimates from the truck

“Estimate for the Hendersons, 800 square feet of premium turf.” Your prices, read back to you, sent when you say so.

04

Send the crew

“Send Mike to the Walsh job tomorrow at 9.” Mike gets the address and checks in from the job.

05

Job done, invoice out

The crew taps Done, the invoice is ready, one word sends it with a pay link, and it marks itself paid.

06

Who owes me, and what's working

“Who owes me?” gets one answer, and you see which lead source the money came from.

She drafts, you approve

Nothing goes outwithout your OK.

Vesaya writes the text, the estimate and the invoice. You hear it or see it, and you say send. That's the rule the whole app is built on, so you never find out about a message after a customer already read it.

For Viridia clients

What changes in November, and what doesn't.

Stays the same

  • Your business phone number and your AI receptionist.
  • Missed-call text-back and your follow-ups.
  • Your Yelp ads, website and Google Business Profile, if we run them.
  • The same team. You still text Kevin when something needs changing.
  • Month to month, $897 a month for The Viridia Partnership.

Gets better

  • You run the office by talking, from the truck, instead of tapping through menus.
  • Estimates and invoices in your own prices, drafted for you.
  • A morning brief that tells you the three things that need you.
  • Your crew gets their own simple view of the day.
  • You see which lead source and which ad dollar the money came from.

We move every client over with them, on a call, the same way setup works today. Nothing changes on your end until we do it together.

Two ways to run Vesaya

Run it yourself,or have it done with you.

Vesaya runs your office; the Partnership grows your business.

Vesaya on your own

$119 / month, owner + 2 seats
  • The same app: morning brief, leads, schedule, estimates, invoices and who owes you.
  • The AI receptionist as a $97/mo add-on, with a business number and missed-call text-back.
  • You set it up and run it.

The Viridia Partnership

$897 / month, month to month
  • Vesaya with the AI receptionist and missed-call text-back included.
  • Your Google Business Profile and Yelp page connected and working together.
  • Custom setups, monthly and quarterly check-ins, and Kevin's direct cell.

Prefer to run it yourself? Vesaya is $119/mo at vesaya.app (owner + 2 seats), with the AI receptionist (business number and missed-call text-back included) as a $97/mo add-on. You set it up and run it; the Partnership is for owners who want it done with them.

FAQ

Questions about the software

What is Vesaya?
Vesaya is a voice-first office manager app for home service owners, made by Viridia Analytics LLC, the company behind Viridia. You talk to her, and she handles leads, estimates, scheduling and invoices. She drafts, you approve. It launches on November 16, 2026.
What software do Viridia clients use today?
The Viridia CRM and mobile app: one inbox for calls, texts, Yelp and Google, a job pipeline, appointment reminders, and invoicing with QuickBooks sync. It runs alongside the AI receptionist and missed-call text-back.
When will Viridia clients move to Vesaya?
Vesaya launches on November 16, 2026. Kevin moves each Partnership client over personally, on a call, so nothing changes until we do it together.
Do I lose my phone number, receptionist or ads when I move?
No. Your number, your receptionist, missed-call text-back and anything we run for you (Yelp ads, your website, your Google Business Profile) stay as they are. The app you run the office from is what changes.
Can I use Vesaya without being a Viridia client?
Yes. Vesaya is $119 a month on its own at vesaya.app (owner + 2 seats), and the AI receptionist, with a business number and missed-call text-back, is a $97 a month add-on. You set it up and run it. In The Viridia Partnership, it comes set up with you, along with your marketing.

Vesaya's Needs you list: only the things the owner has to decide, like crew voice messages to play and new website leads waiting for a reply, each with one button.
Vesaya's Schedule: the week on a calendar with each crew member's jobs color coded, and today's jobs with their status, like Dispatched.
Vesaya's Pipeline: leads, quotes, jobs and money in columns, each card showing how long the customer has been waiting and the next step, like Book visit or Follow up.
